Overview

Inspection carried out on 12 August 2014

During an inspection to make sure that the improvements required had been made

On 25 and 27 September 2013, we identified that the provider was failing to meet the following standards:

� Care and welfare of people who used the service

� Cooperating with other providers

� Supporting workers

The provider wrote to us and outlined the actions they would take to ensure these standards were met and we followed this up on 12 August 2014.

We found that people's records contained relevant information and risk management plans to ensure they received the appropriate care and treatment.

We saw that the provider took relevant steps to make contact with other providers that were involved in the person's care and treatment. This ensured they had correct information and care and treatment was provided accordingly.

Staff members received appropriate training relevant to their role to enable them to support people who used the service.
