The relative that we spoke with told us that they were happy with the care their family member received. They told us 'The carers are all very lovely.'

We found that staff had received training in safeguarding vulnerable adults and had a good understanding of what to look out for in relation to abuse.

We reviewed the staff files and found that good recruitment processes had been followed.

We saw evidence that the provider checked that people were happy with the service they provided.

The relatives we spoke with told us they were happy with the care received, with one relative saying they were 'generally happy.' One relative added that the provider had 'worked hard to get what we wanted.'

The relatives told us that they felt their relative was safe in the staff's hands and that there was good communication with the manager.

We found that appropriate staff training had been undertaken and staff received supervision.

The provider had a system in place that monitored the quality of the service that identified when things needed to be improved or changed.

The relatives we spoke with confirmed that the care their relative received was regularly monitored and reviewed.
