During a routine inspection

We were not able to speak with people who used the service. On the day of our visit one person was undergoing tests so was unavailable. People were able to give feedback about the services they received during their assessments. People who used the service valued the individual care and support provided to them and valued the confidentiality of the service.

There were systems for the individual health review of each person and referral for specialist care and treatment if needed. The service was provided in rooms that were clean and suitable for the regulated activity provided. People could raise concerns and these would be reviewed and action taken, as required.

Staff had received appropriate training and appraisal. There were systems for the review and monitoring of the service provided.
