During a routine inspection
People said they appreciated having their own flats. They told us they choose how they were furnished and decorated. One person told us "I am better looked after here than I have ever been. I love it here."
People told us they liked living at the service. All the people we spoke with told us they were happy with their decision to live at the service. One person told us "it was the best move I ever did."
Three people who used the service told us they felt safe at the home and that staff were "lovely."
