During a routine inspection
People told us that their carers arrived on time and stayed the allotted time. People said that if the carer was going to be late, the office always let them know in advance. One person said 'They often stay over the allotted time'.
Everyone we spoke to said that the staff were kind and respectful.
People said 'I am very satisfied. The carer is fantastic and we have bonded with her'.
'They do a very good job. They speak to you really nicely'.
People said 'They are polite and really lovely' and 'They are very nice, friendly kind people. I am very happy with them'.
Everyone said that they were satisfied with the service and had no complaints. Everyone said that they felt safe with their carers.
