During a routine inspection
We looked at a selection of quality survey responses which showed that the feedback from people who use the service was generally positive. People considering using the service were provided with detailed information about the service and costs.
We found that there were enough qualified, skilled and experienced staff to meet people's needs.
We found that there was an effective complaints system available, in case anyone wished to raise a complaint. People's medical records contained enough information to show how they were to be supported and cared for.
