During a routine inspection

We spoke with one person who uses the service. They told us the staff were friendly, helpful and very compassionate and will do anything that is asked of them.

The person we spoke with told us they were happy with the service. They also told us they were kept involved in the review of their care plans.

The person we spoke with told us that they had no complaints but would speak to the Responsible Individual if they had any concerns about the care they received.
