During a routine inspection
People who use the service told us that care staff usually arrived on time and stayed for the time that had been agreed. If they were going to be a little late then they would let them know.
They said that the carers always carried out the care that had been agreed in their care plan, and that their care was reviewed to make sure it was meeting their needs and they were happy with the care they received.
People told us the staff respected their privacy and dignity when carrying out their care.
People said if they had any concerns they knew who to contact and had confidence in the service. People said when they had previously had a concern it was dealt with properly and to their satisfaction.
