During a routine inspection
We spoke with staff and examined the practice safeguarding policy and found that training and procedures were in place to protect vulnerable people.
We examined hygiene and infection control processes and found that people were cared for in a clean, hygienic environment.
We examined the practice complaints procedure and saw that people's complaints were fully investigated and resolved where possible to their satisfaction.
