During a routine inspection
The person told us that the staff treated them, their flat and their family with respect. They also told us that they were comfortable with the staff who visited them and said this was very important to them. They said; 'The staff are lovely. I can talk to them and they listen.' The records we looked at showed care staff received regular supervision where they could discuss any concerns and receive advice and support from a senior person in the agency. The person we spoke with told us that their support was well managed and said they received a good service which met their needs. They confirmed they knew the registered manager and would speak to them if they had any concerns at all about the service provided and that the manager was committed to providing a good service and they were confident any requests they made were considered and met wherever possible.
