During an inspection looking at part of the service

We saw overall people's medicines records had been completed accurately. The provider had a system in place to audit medicines records as part of their quality monitoring. Staff were up to date with medicines management training. We saw the provider had developed new medicine adminstration records to improve the information staff had to support people with their medicines.

People and their relatives we spoke with told us they had support plans in their homes. At this inspection we spoke to two people and their relatives. They told us they had support plans which were an accurate representation of the care they required. People we spoke with told us care was delivered in line with care plans. One person said " the care is wonderful." Another person said " we are more than happy with the care.

We saw the provider had developed a quality monitoring system to assist the audit process of care records. This information would enable the provider to monitor people had the correct documentation in their homes to support care.
