During a routine inspection

People we spoke with told us they received a good service from the agency. They said they were supported by a small team of care staff who they knew and who knew the care they required. People told us they had a copy of the care rota, so they knew which staff were due to visit them. They said staff treated them and their families with respect and that they felt safe receiving care from the agency.

People told us:

'They're great, I can't fault them',

'I'd definitely recommend them to other people',

And said, 'I made a choice to use this service, I think they're excellent.'
