During a routine inspection

There were no patients attending the clinic on the day of our inspection. We asked the provider for telephone numbers of some of the clinic's patients. We attempted calling four people, but we were able to speak with only patient over the telephone. The person who spoke with us said she was very satisfied with the services and quality of care provided by Baltic Medical Centre. She told us: "I am very happy and they help me very much. I can call them day and night."

We also checked the clinic's satisfaction questionnaires, which showed there was a high level of satisfaction with the services offered by Baltic Medical Centre.

During a routine inspection

We were unable to speak to any of the people who use the service, as there were no patients visiting the clinic at the time of our visit. We checked, however, patient records and quality assurance questionnaires, which indicated that people who used the service were satisfied with the quality of care offered by the clinic.
