During a routine inspection

All of the six patients we spoke with gave us positive feedback about the practice. A patient said, 'The practice seems to run efficiently and has done so over the many years I have been a patient there. They keep up good their good standards and so I carry on going there.'

The dentist had consulted with patients about the treatment options available to them. This had helped them to make informed decisions about the treatment they received.

Patients said that they were satisfied with their dental care that had been provided. Records showed that dental treatment had been provided in a safe, reliable and responsive way.

There were arrangements to help safeguard vulnerable patients from abuse.

Patients were protected from the risk of infection because they received treatment in a clean and hygienic environment.

Patients were cared for by staff who were supported to deliver treatment safely and to an appropriate standard.

Quality checks had been completed to ensure that patients consistently received safe treatment.
