During a routine inspection
They told us the environment was clean and well maintained and confirmed the dentist wore appropriate protection during treatment. They said 'The staff have high standards and the practice is well maintained'.
We found that people were cared for by a sufficient number of staff that had been through the appropriate recruitment checks. The person said 'The staff are all professional and have a good dental lead'.
There was an effective complaints system available, in case anyone wished to raise a complaint, and records were appropriately maintained. The person had no complaints about the service and said 'As the dentist explained the treatment to me, I realised how much attention to detail he has'.
