During a routine inspection

We spoke with a person (patient) who used the service. They told us they were happy with the care and treatment they received and said they were treated well by the staff and dentists at the practice. They commented, "The service is really good, excellent'. They told us they were able to express their views and opinions and could influence the way their treatment was delivered. A person spoken with said, "My other dentist wasn't helping me when I had toothache. My health visitor told me about this practice so I went there. They were so good and the dentist was really helpful'.

During our visit we saw a range of patient information leaflets situated in the waiting room. We observed the staff treating people in a kind, professional, friendly and respectful manner. All consultations took place in private rooms.
