During an inspection in response to concerns

We spoke with seven relatives who told us that they were pleased with the service provided by the home. Two relatives told us that members of staff were 'kind' and 'considerate.' They also told us that they gave a lot of one-to-one support to people. However, we had also received some concerns about the quality of the care at the home from a few people who told us that there had been a reduction in staff at the home and activities for people who use the service had decreased.
