During a routine inspection

We spoke to people who use the agency and to some of their relatives. They were all happy with the service that the agency provides. People told us that that the staff who supported them were normally punctual and stayed the correct length of time. They said that staff are friendly and cheerful and always treat them with dignity and respect.

Comments from people included: 'I am very satisfied with the help I am given', ' The staff are wonderful.' and 'I have no concerns and am very happy with the service'. None of the people we spoke with had made any complaints but they said that they were aware of how to complain and were confident that any complaints would be dealt with appropriately.

We spoke with six members of staff and they told us that their recruitment was thorough. They said that they were well supported by the agency and told us that they were provided with the training and information they needed to support people effectively.
