During a check to make sure that the improvements required had been made

We found that the provider had made reasonable steps to minimise the risk of infection. The layout of the decontamination room had been improved to clearly differentiate between the dirty and clean cycles. More suitable sinks had been installed and the customer toilets had been clearly separated from the decontamination area by using a door.

During a routine inspection

People said that staff were friendly and they thought the standard of care was of a high standard. One person said that the practice had been recommended by someone else and 'they had not been disappointed'. Another person told us they had been coming to the practice for a long time and they had recommended it to many people.
