During a routine inspection

We spoke with three people that used the service. They said they were happy with the treatment they received and felt the practice was well managed. They said they were given enough information about their treatment options and costs. They said the standard of hygiene was very good. Their comments included:

"I have been coming to this dentist for a long time. I'm very happy with everything and have recommended it to my family. The reception staff are lovely and my dentist is great, she always puts me at my ease."

"I'm very happy with the service I get. The dentist always discusses my treatments and the options available to me. My children come to this dentist and I am very happy with their treatment."

"The surgery is always extremely clean and I am always given protective glasses and a cover to protect my clothes."
