During a routine inspection

We spoke with the relative of the one person who used the service. The relative told us staff from New Milton Quality Care Approach had visited them at home before the care started and said that another relative had been involved in developing the care plans. The relative said they were happy with the service they had received from the care staff and said they were aware of the charges made by the agency. The relative said they had only been given 'two or three days notice' that their regular staff member would be leaving and they had decided not to carry on receiving a service from New Milton Quality Care Approach. The person told us their relative had received good care from their regular member of staff, who they found very 'kind and pleasant, always helpful and accommodating.'
