We observed care being provided for two of the people who used the service and found that they were treated respectfully.

We found that people's care was tailored to their individual needs and the staff received relevant training. The staff managed the medications safely and provided a clean environment.

We found that the assessments and care plans of the people who used the service were detailed and provided clear instruction to staff on how to care for people who used the service.

However we found the home to be unclean, and when we spoke with relatives they told us that they were unhappy with the level of cleanliness of the home.
