During a routine inspection
People's views and experiences were taken into account in the way the service was provided and delivered in relation to their care. The provider collected feedback forms. The ones we saw were very positive about the service.
People experienced care, treatment and support that met their needs and protected their rights.
The provider had policies and procedures in place to maintain cleanliness on the ambulance. We looked at the vehicle and saw it was clean.
People were cared for by staff who were supported to deliver care and treatment safely and to an appropriate standard. There was appropriate support in place for staff. Staff told us they felt supported in their roles.
The provider had an effective system to regularly assess and monitor the quality of the service. We saw examples of regular checks taking place, such as the daily vehicle check.
