During a routine inspection

The clinic is carried out at the premises of Leatherhead hospital. The treatment rooms are well equipped and geared to ensure that the people who use the services privacy is well maintained during consultation. The provider has a clear treatment path set out for treatment and communication between practitioners is evident. Staff working at the service have all received safeguarding training and have a clear understanding of how to report any concerns. Staff are employed by the local trust and all supervision and training is provided by them. The provider should ensure that copies of staff files, audits and risk assessments that are all carried out by the trust are also kept at a central location.
