During a routine inspection
Consent was sought by the provider from people in regards to the support they required. Consent was reviewed if their care needs changed.
The provider had a safeguarding policy and procedure in place. Staff were not able to explain what the reporting processes were and were not aware of the contact details of the local authority safeguarding adults' team.
Staff were not supported by the provider with training, supervision and annual appraisals.
The provider had a complaints policy in place, and people using the service were aware of how to make a complaint.
