During a routine inspection

We saw that since August 2012, clients had written in the comments book for the clinic. Comments included 'Swift effective and friendly treatment', 'Injury is explained really well, X is very good at telling you what you have done and the best ways to make it better', 'Brilliant physio would thoroughly recommend', 'Very pleased with all my treatments' and 'Highly recommended I have been helped through a number of problems over the years'.

The one person we were able to speak with said that they were happy with the service they received. They said they were given enough information about treatment options and were able to ask all the questions they wanted to.
