During a routine inspection

The nature of the disability of people using the service is such that it is not possible to gain their experiences of the support they receive. We extended an invitation to relatives to speak to us to give their views. No responses were received att the time of writing this report but any further information will be used as part of our ongoing monitoring of the service.
