During a check to make sure that the improvements required had been made

We spoke with the Practice Manager. We looked at the recordings of the checking of the emergency drugs and found a procedure is now in place to ensure the medication is in date should it be needed in an emergency situation.

During a routine inspection

During our inspection, we were able to speak with two people who used the service. They told us they were very satisfied with the quality of services provided; treatments including costs were fully explained in order for them to make informed choices.

People told us they were happy with the staff at the practice. We also reviewed comments in patient feedback forms collected by the practice . People's comments about the practice included:

"The staff are lovely"

"The staff are great and I can't fault the practice."

"I'm very satisfied with how my treatment was explained to me."

"I would not hesitate if a second treatment was needed and would recommend to anyone."

'The dentist and the dental nurse have been brilliant.'

The environment of the waiting area and the surgeries of the dental practice were visibly clean and tidy.

During our visit we spoke with two of the Dental Nurses who told us that they felt they were supported to be able to undertake their job effectively and enjoyed working at the practice.
