During a routine inspection

During our visit we spoke with two people who were supported by staff from the Care in Mind team. They both told us that people from the team were kind and caring and they listened and took account of their views. For example, one person said, 'I want to be independent and I am being helped'. Another said, 'They listen to me'. They also said they were happy with the care and support provided and they found it helpful to them. For example, one person said, 'We talk and it is good'.
