During a routine inspection

Patients were asked about the care and treatment provided at the practice. They told us that any treatment was discussed with them. This had been done both verbally and in writing. One person described the dentist as 'Very thorough'. Another person commented that the care and treatment received was; 'Very good and high quality'.

Patients also commented very positively about the staff. The said they were, 'Kind, considerate and supportive'.

We were told that when visiting the practice they found the environment to be clean and tidy and in their opinion good hygiene standards were maintained. Patients confirmed that protective clothing was worn. We also saw comments provided in the feedback surveys sent out by the practice. Patients said; 'Nice and clean practice' and 'It's very clean'.
