During a routine inspection

At the time of our inspection the service was providing care and support to one person. The service had previously delivered support to a further three people since its registration with CQC. We arranged to speak with the relatives of people who used the service over the telephone. They told us that they were happy with the care and support that was provided by the service. Comments included "We have had no complaints, we are very happy and would recommend this service to others". They also told us that staff were "Very capable, patient, kind and accommodating". We found that relatives and people who used the service had been kept involved in their care. One relative told us "They undertook a lengthy assessment with us and our relative at the beginning. They have kept in touch with us to make sure we are happy with the service."
