During an inspection in response to concerns

We spoke with two people who used the service during our visit on 24 January 2012 and they told us that they were involved and consulted about their care and treatment. People said that they felt safe and were able to speak with staff and had reasonable relationships with them. They told us they had access to a telephone, computers and received regular visits and contact with their families. People told us the food was good and that they were able to contribute to the menu planning and eat where they choose.
