During a routine inspection
Detailed information was provided to people before treatments were provided. People we spoke with described staff at the service as "very informative", that they kept you well informed and that the written information was "very good". They said that the costs of treatment were clear and described staff as "friendly", "lovely", "honest" and "very helpful".
People we spoke with described the service as "fantastic", "very good" and "excellent". In recent patient feedback people rated the services provided positively and 100% of respondents said they would recommend the clinic to others.
Staff knew how to spot signs of possible abuse and how to report any concerns, including to the local authority. They received appropriate training and underwent annual appraisals. The provider had an effective system to regularly assess and monitor the quality of service that people receive.
