We spoke to four people who used the service, staff and the Manager.All of the people we spoke with told us they were happy with the service they received. One person told us, "They are very professional; each room is very clean and well prepared after the last patient."
We saw records that showed and people told us that consent was always sort before treatment. One person told us that, "Things are always explained and asked if that's ok." People said that were involved in their treatment plans and had agreed with the course of action.
We found and people told us that the service was always clean and hand gel was available to use.
People were happy they knew how to complain if they wanted to and that complaints and suggestions would be listened to. One person told us, "They are very approachable and would take things seriously, but I've never needed to complain."
There were effective recruitment and selection processes in place with qualified staff having the appropriate training and registrations.
