During a routine inspection
We looked at patients records and treatment plans and found them to be detailed and unique to each person. There were appropriate measures in place to deal with foreseeable emergencies.
The staff had received appropriate training to ensure that patients were treated in a safe environment. There was personal protective equipment to protect people from the risk of infection and any equipment used was sterilised. The equipment used in the surgery was serviced and maintained in accordance with manufacturers guidelines.
Patients personal information was accurate, fit for purpose and kept securely.
