During a routine inspection
People or their representatives had been given accurate information about the fees they would have to pay. Records showed that people had been correctly charged for the care they had received.
People who used the service said that staff consulted with them about how they wanted to be assisted. They also said that they received all of the care they needed.
Staffing arrangements operated reliably so that planned visits to people's homes were completed.
We saw that quality checks were completed to help ensure that people consistently received a good standard of service.
There were effective systems for investigating and resolving complaints.
