During a routine inspection
We saw that staff were appropriately recruited, trained and supported to work with children and their families effectively.
We spoke with staff currently working for the service. They had a good understanding of their role and responsibilities and felt supported in carrying out their duties effectively.
Staff told us, 'We have a great deal of training', 'There are robust procedures to support us', 'I can't speak too highly about the service' and "It's a great team, very supportive'.
