During a routine inspection

We spoke to one individual who uses the service and the partner of another individual. Both were positive about the service provided. The person who receives a service told us that the care they received was helping them to recover their independent living skills following discharge from hospital. This individual stated 'I've got better with their help'

The partner of an individual who receives a personal care service told us that they value the support provided. They spoke highly of care staff and the quality of their work stating that 'they are superb'

Both individuals told us that they feel the provider works to ensure a reliable and safe service. The person who receives a service told us that among a number of staff they have worked with 'there is no one I don't trust'

We spoke to three care workers, two team leaders and the care manager. All of the individuals we spoke to were positive about the service they provided and the support they received to improve their knowledge, skills and practice.
