There was a quality assurance system to assess and manage the quality of service. Records and confidential files had been kept safely and securely in the office.

We found that people's privacy and dignity had been respected and that they had been involved in the decisions about their care and treatment. People's needs had been assessed and were being met appropriately. The agency followed the local authority safeguarding procedure to ensure that people were protected from the risk of abuse. The staff had completed their induction programme and had received relevant training for the work they did. There were systems in place to assess and monitor the quality of service.
