During a routine inspection
We looked at feedback supplied by people who had used the service through the patient connections website. Comments made included, 'The practice is friendly, clean and professional and my dentist is the best I've ever had' and 'I have used the practice for the last 50 years and it just gets better'.
We observed that staff were polite and friendly and people who used the service were treated with dignity and respect.
We found that people were protected from the risk of infection as care was delivered in a clean and hygienic environment.
We found there were effective recruitment and complaints procedures in place at the practice.
