During a routine inspection
They told us they were not aware if they had a care plan but told us that they felt well looked after and that all their needs were met.
People told us that activities took place but they choose not to take part. Others told us that they took an active part in activities. Some people told us that there was limited activities on offer.
People told us that they felt safe and knew who to talk to if they had any concerns.
People told us that the staff were helpful and very nice. They felt there was always enough staff available to support them.
