During a routine inspection

As part of our inspection we spoke with a number of people who use the service. They spoke positively about the care and support they received. They told us they liked living in the home and confirmed that they were supported to make choices and decisions about the care they received.

Comments included, "I like living here" and "I feel safe." One person knew who their key worker was and said "They are alright."

People we spoke to told us they liked attending the monthly meetings and felt supported to attend events in the local community and to personalise their own bedrooms.
