During a routine inspection

We saw how people who use the service are treated with dignity and respect whilst receiving treatment. Treatment that is delivered through the service is well planned and each patient has a full assessment and treatment record in place. we saw how the professionals at the service work well in a multi disciplinary ethos with other professionals.

All staff have received safeguarding training and the provider has ensured that the organisation has a robust system in place for reporting any concerns. Staff are well supported through a induction and training programme. The provider regularly audits the service to assess the quality of provision and obtain feedback from people who use the service for future improvement.
