During a routine inspection

There was only one person using the service at the time of our inspection and he told us that he was enjoying living at 278 North Avenue. He said that staff were helpful and that he enjoyed attending college. He also confirmed that he had access to an independent advocate. However, he said he would like it if more people could be admitted to the home.
