All Inspections

During a routine inspection

We saw there was good communication and understanding between the members of staff and the people who were receiving support from them.

People who were using the service who we spoke with said : " Cant fault the service I am clean and will not go back now, I have a new life;",

"I was at rock bottom when I turned up here and didn't know which way to turn. The staff were there for me;" "my life has been turned around I have learnt so much from the service, it is really brill;" and "staff are brilliant and non- judgemental. I have had help with all aspects of my life from personal issues to housing problems."

Staff spoken with said they receive excellent support from the team and managers and that training was very good. One said "It is a wonderful company to work for, they support you to do your job, I love it ."

Staff were positive, upbeat and very well motivated.

During a routine inspection

We spoke with five staff members and six people who accessed the service during our inspection. People who used the service all told us they were happy with the treatment and support they received. Some comments made were:

"They have really helped all of us; we're drug free now for the first time in years".

"They treat me like a human being".

"I feel like I'm making progress".

Staff told us they "enjoyed" working at Warrington Pathways to Recovery and commented that they were "well supported" by, and 'had confidence in', their line managers.

During our visit we also saw evidence that the staff were well trained and supported in their roles. We also saw that the organisation obtained regular feedback from staff and the people who accessed the service in order to monitor the quality of the service provided.
