Comments from people included; 'They explain what you need to have done and of course you get the treatment plan' and 'They explain to you about what they have found and then what work might need doing.'People we spoke with were complimentary about the care and treatment they received. People told us, "It's fantastic. The staff are really good. Believe it or not I enjoy going there'; 'It's very good, I like them. It's very positive and upbeat treatment' and "I'm very happy. We saw that the provider had a safeguarding policy available and staff told us that they had undertaken training in relation to safeguarding children and vulnerable adults.
We found there were some gaps in the systems in place to reduce the risk and spread of infection.
We noted staff who worked at the practice undertook regular training and updating as part of an ongoing programme of continuous professional development.
We saw the provider did not always undertake the necessary checks to assess risk and monitor the quality of the service.
