During a routine inspection

We spoke with patients attending the surgery for an appointment. They told us: 'I have been a patient at the surgery for quite some time', 'I would say I can get an appointment at a time that suits me', 'I have needed an emergency appointment in the past and I waited hours not days', 'The dentist checks my mouth and neck when I came for a check up', 'They always wear gloves, mask and apron and I am given something to protect my clothing and eyes', 'The dentist explains the options to me and gives a written estimate of the costs', 'I am very happy with the dentist', 'The dentist looks in my mouth before the treatment starts', 'We are told how much it is going to cost', 'They give me glasses and the dentist wears gloves and a mask', 'I am always seen on time.'
