During a routine inspection

People we spoke with were happy with the service provided by Inglehurst Dental Practice. We were told that staff were friendly and helpful, and that treatment options and their costs were clearly explained to them. We found that treatment was delivered to meet individual need. We also found that there were arrangements in place to deal with foreseeable emergencies and there were effective systems in place to reduce the risk and spread of infection. People's personal records were accurate and kept securely.
