During an inspection in response to concerns

The people that we consulted about the agency were satisfied with the delivery of personal care. They told us that the same staff visited, they adhered to the contracted times of their packages and the staff knew how to meet their needs. Relatives consulted were also satisfied with the level of care provided by the agency. They told us that the agency would go 'the extra mile.'

We had identified that the provider may not be correctly registered under the Health and Social Care Act 2008 and from the information received we had some concerns about the provider's financial viability. We needed to review these concerns and consider if there was nay impact on outcomes for people using the service.

We also asked he provider for further information after the site visit in order to have full information to consider. We received this information on 11/07/2011
