During a routine inspection
People who used the service understood the care and treatment choices available to them. People we spoke with told us 'I am always provided with a choice of treatment and value any advice' and 'I can decide my treatment and always receive a treatment plan'.
People that we spoke with said that they had no concerns about the cleanliness of the waiting rooms or the dentist's surgery. People told us 'When I visit the practice I always notice how clean it is'.
We spoke with seven people when we visited. They each told us that they had been visiting the practice for many years and were satisfied with the dentist and the treatment they received.
